How far in advance should I book your services? |

It is preferable to book your car and chauffeur at least 24 hours ahead of time. Of course, we do understand the necessity for last minute changes in travel, and we always will do our best to keep you 100% satisfied. We’re permanently open - and always happy to help. |

Where shall I find my chauffeur at the airport? |
|
Your chauffeur will be waiting after the luggage claim of your flight and the last police control. He will be holding a Paris Major Limousines sign with your name or any other name you would have given for recognition. |

Shall I be charged for waiting time? |
|
We offer 1 waiting hour at the airports and 25 minutes for pickup at other locations. |

What if my plane is delayed? |
|
We are here to service you, and it is our duty to check the flights arrival. We will adjust your reservation according to current flight arrivals. If you decide to change your flight, call us anytime, 24/7 to change your reservation. If you have a luggage problem call us or ask the " luggage " hostess to call us. |

What is your cancellation policy? |
|
In case of no-show the service will be invoiced and charged. To avoid this, we strongly recommend you get a confirmation of your email or fax at least 12 hours before the service. |

How shall I be charged for this service? |
|
Short services are billed and charged on your credit card when the service has been completed. For longer services, or services with several cars, we will charge in advance of the service. |

May I call you on evenings, weekends or holidays? |
