- Prices are rounded off to the nearest Euro and include 5.5 % VAT, unlimited Guests
insurance coverage according to the French regulation of public transportation, gasoline,
maintenance of the car and driver’s salary.

- Minimum charge is 4 hours. The distance in kilometers and the length of time are counted
from the moment the car leaves the garage until it returns.

- Quantity of luggage transported is proportional to the capacity of the car.

- Airport arrivals allow the first 45 minutes waiting time complimentary.

- Baby and child seats are available on request free of charge.

- Gratuity is not charged, but left to the discretion of the client.

- We are not responsible for the valuables left in the car.

- Prices do not include the use of the car telephone, tolls and driver’s meal.

- Prices are subject to change without notice.

- Bills are payable upon receipt.

- A delay of 8 days after receiving bills is allowed for all invoice’s complaints due to the
impossibility to get necessary elements from drivers.

- In case of contest, the “Tribunal de Commerce de Paris” is the only court of competent
jurisdiction.
